This is a specialised variant of the Social Worker identity. It includes an optional third feature for sincerity, which may come in handy if the character develops a Responsibility relationship with one of their clients. Alternatively, a more manipulative Childcare Worker could choose to be able to Coerce Isolation with this identity, being able to threaten to get social services to look into family affairs.
I am a Childcare Worker, of course I can get through to kids, negotiate with parents, sympathise, maintain a poker face, threaten to get your kid taken away by the state.
