This is a mystical identity that does a lot of different things, and comes with its own little mini-taboo. Consider it an extremely versatile mystic power. That means, once per day, the PC can roll it for some mystic effect that falls inside its purview. In this case, the purview is “helps the Sleepers.”
The identity is only available to characters that have completed the I Have Become Phobetor ritual.
Of course I’m a Sleeper, I can spot other Sleepers and good Sleeper candidates, hear magickal noise, signal for backup, terrify you with an unnatural warning.
